About us Emperor Key is International Property Management & Leasing Company, with a full service real estate agency that offers property after-sales follow up, property management, and property leasing services for property owners and tenants. Our active markets for property services are primarily in Asia, including Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Japan. With global headquarter in Hong Kong, and regional offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok, we are expanding our presence in this fast-growing area of the world. Our Senior Management Team Emperor Key was founded by Mr. Kingston Lai and Mr. Terence Chan. Mr. Lai is a former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Hong Kong, prior to founding and now running Asia Bankers Club, a lifestyle physical asset investment club, and Ashton Hawks, a real estate agency of luxury real estate and properties worldwide. Mr. Chan is the Managing Director of Emperor Key’s parent company Golden Emperor Properties, a real estate agency specialising in Thailand properties.
