Accuma is a group specialized, from over 40 years, in production by injection moulding, of components for electric accumulators in thermoplastic material. Since some years produces also, through cold forging, lead terminals for automotive battery lids. Our products are supplied to electric batteries industries for production of automotive, traction, stationary and recombination batteries. Accuma is today present with its production plants in Italy and, through its associate companies in United Kingdom, Germany, China, and United States of America. The big experience of the management team allowed to acquire through the years a consolidated technology bringing the company, in the last 20 years, from local to international markets.The strength of company strategy is the constant presence on the market with a wide range of products able to always satisfy customer requests. Our production covers, differently from competitors, the whole range of battery products: in the automotive sector we have over 300 products, and with these, over 4.000 versions are producible to satisfy the widest requests. We produce the whole range of lids and containers according to DIN and BS standards. Containers can be supplied in different heights and measures and with a wide range of accessories for assembling.The whole range of DIN stationary and recombination products are available too, with many personalized versions. These can be produced in transparent or grey SAN according to their function and application, or in other materials with particular technological characteristics (standard ABS and flame retardant, ABS/PC and others). We are furthermore the unique suppliers of particular stationary sets for nuclear energy sector, for which specific quality and safety characteristics are requested.We assist, through research and development department, the customer in product design, we build the mould in Accuma Tech and follow the process from sampling to final validation.
