CenterPointe Behavioral Health System ("CBHS") is a multi-site, provider of behavioral healthcare services. CBHS addresses the mental health needs of its patients through a combination of medically managed care and therapeutic intervention. CBHS currently owns and operates psychiatric facilities across the Midwest primarily focused on adolescent and adult populations with plans to expand geographies and service lines into the Southeastern and Southwestern United States.
