Weekend virtual faith-based integrative & lifestyle psychiatry services. Integrated Health & Wellness Center LLC provides women with comprehensive and faith-based behavioral health services regardless of the distance. We offer Telehealth to make our services reach any woman who needs our help. The session may include a brief prayer when appropriate. When required, a comprehensive treatment plan may consist of exercise, meditation, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and mindfulness training.
