Exponents uses the open-source story-driven strategy framework we developed to help the founders and leadership teams of companies with transformative potential mitigate their biggest risks and develop the best possible strategy for their current products, markets, and stage of growth. We created Exponents because the tech world has strikingly few people who can help transformative companies: - Take their novel (and typically hard-to-explain) technology or product, understand its current and potential markets, and distill the whole thing down into a few persuasive stories after a single meeting. - Turn around and ship 3 Facebook Ad campaigns, 2 landing pages, and an automated marketing funnel that increases a company's month-over-month revenue growth from 15-45% in a month , and then... - Conceive, test, and launch a completely new product line that turns a transactional business model into a recurring revenue subscription model the month after that. Specifically, we created Exponents after a big realization: the tech ecosystem has a big handful of great growth people, a bunch of great copywriters, some solid content marketing folks, yet remarkably few great strategists and ever only a tiny number of world-class storytellers.
