Ambition Community Healthcare is a complex care provider specialising in supporting adult and paediatric clients in the East Anglia region. We provide bespoke packages of care for clients in the community with conditions such as Spinal Injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries, Neurological Conditions, Physical Disabilities and Learning Disabilities. Our hands on care is provided by Nurses and highly trained, up-skilled Support Workers which are recruited specifically for packages of care.
