PRITHAK FOUNDATION (PF) was founded as a Voluntary and Non-Profit Organization (NPO) on 5th January 2015 by a group of motivated youth from the marginalized sections of society (Sanjay Colony Slum area), who wanted to give back to their community for the opportunities that they received for their education and all-round development. Being the residents of the same community, the team knew the need of the community as they have faced issues themselves, fought against it, and have struggled to reach where they are today. Our Foundation is a dynamic community-based, formed by, managed by, and regulated by community youth people for their younger brothers and sisters living in unauthorized communities (slums) in Okhla Industrial Estate. We believe that education is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty and are committed to providing young people from underserved communities with access to quality education programs and resources to help them achieve their true potential.
