The NATO Command and Control Centre of Excellence (NATO C2COE) is a result of the reorganizing of the NATO Command Structure as agreed at the Prague summit in 2002 and the following transformation of NATO. The CONOPS of the NATO C2CoE was endorsed by HQ SACT early 2006 and the MOU with NATO and the Nations were signed in June 2007. The NATO C2CoE is a multinational manned establishment hosted by the Netherlands and with members from seven different sponsoring nations (NLD, EST, DEU, NOR, SVK, ESP, TUR, USA). Mission Statement: We support NATO, nations and international institutions/organisations with subject matter expertise on Command and Control. Our main level of interest is C2 at the Operational level with a focus on C2 Processes and Structures, Information and Knowledge Management, and Human Factors (including Leadership).
