With more than 25 years of experience in culinary publishing, in the largest publishing houses, including Hachette Livre for 15 years, I have published several hundred cookbooks and dozens of mediatized or starred chefs' books. and passionate craftsmen: Anne-Sophie Pic, Cyril Lignac, Georges Blanc, Jamie Oliver, Fatéma Hal, Florence Kahn… Many of my books have been nominated and awarded (Gourmand World Cookbooks Awards, Champagne Collet Chef's Book Prize). After such adventures, I wanted to put more singularity and personality in my work at the service of my authors. This is why I created BE ÉDITIONS: a way of being (BE) and of living (DESIRE) my passion (FREE).
