Rodriguez believes in providing and promoting career opportunities in infrastructure at all levels and in every community. In 2020 we launched "Rodriguez University", a division of Rodriguez, focused on inspiring and empowering children and young adults in under-served communities to pursue careers in infrastructure that may not necessarily require a college degree. "Rodriguez U" has partnered with local non-profits like Hopeworks and PowerCorpsPHL to design and implement a STEM/STEAM based learning experiences and workforce development programs focused on Philadelphia infrastructure.
