The Landing is a new student housing residence designed to provide comfort, convenience, and security. Rooms are not co-ed. Our house is clean, comfortable, and upgraded; designed with the Santa Barbara aesthetic and lifestyle in mind. We encourage socializing and community building in the house. Numerous recreational activities abound in the area, including surfing and paddling boarding at the beach.
