BELOW ARE SOME “FLASHES”ON THE MAIN FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES OF THE PLATFORM: -The choice of role, or roles, which are the subject of the research is made through a list of more than 1000 professional roles; -The availability of all candidates included in the database splitted between "immediately available" and those for availability to be confirmed; -The candidate qualification process includes up to 25 selection parameters; -The evaluation process takes place through 5 parameters to which you yourself can assign a "WEIGHT " based on the specificity of the ongoing research and automatically the system will assign a "RANK " to all selected candidates showing the candidates closest to ideal; A TAILORED CANDIDATE’S RESUME EVALUATION SYSTEM ALLOWS : - an candidate’s self-assessment; - a preliminary candidate's resume technical evaluation by a sophisticated "Parser" based on a powerful algorithm disegned by us. - a more accurate candidate's skills and experiences technical assessment through All Profiles Experts, reading careful the candidate’s resume and/or even through a direct interview if required; IN ADDITION: -an Internal "Messagging" system keeps track of the history of the messages you exchange with each individual candidate; -a suitable resource management system is provided to keep track of the different recruiting phases, starting from the technical interview up to the final medical candidate's check-up before his site assignment. -an efficient publishing system is available for future job offer;
