Is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ralston Research & Consulting, Inc, a Native American, Service Veteran Owned (cVe), Small Virginia-registered corporation founded in 2007 by its owners, Dr. Ernest Ralston and Mr. William C. Ralston, specializing in unique and unusual emergency medicine training and support services Worldwide. Our mission is to provide premier full-service operational support to our Clients with a high-fidelity hyper-realistic training experience to meet the ever-developing dynamic asymmetric prehospital and austere/wilderness operational medical-care environment. Our programs approach the emergency medical environment multidimensionally including the practice of tactical, disaster, austere, and wilderness medicine ranging from EMT through Physician, by providing training programs and adaptive modules to meet homeland security and emergency management needs. We can develop site-specific programs based upon the specific needs of our clients and still achieve appropriate training and performance compliance targets. We apply the concept of hyper-realism to our training scenarios to provide a high degree of fidelity in the replication of operational and battle-space conditions in the training environment that the participants willingly suspend disbelief such that they become totally immersed and eventually stress inoculated thus, a more performance-enhanced provider. Ralston Research & Consulting, Inc. is an Accredited Training Center for the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI TC No. 100984), the National Association of EMTs (NAEMT TC No. 5145), and the Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI) Education Center, as well as a designated EMS Agency by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). All of our EMS training programs are accepted for continuing education credit towards initial certification and recertification.
