Drilling Stabilizers, Drill Collars, SCR’s. We can supply forgings from 1 ton to approx. 150 tons. Shaft length up to 20 meters, and 2500mm diameter. Seamless Rolled Rings up to 7000mm diameter. All parts are Rough Machined. Our Delivery Time normally does not exceed 60 days. All parts come with Quality Certificates in English and German according to EN 10204 and have complete traceability. The Forge is ISO9001-2010 certified, and also has Manufacturing Approval Certification from GL, DNV, LR, ABS, BV and KBS. Since 2007 we have supplied several hundred stepped shafts and thousands of rings World-wide, especially to Germany, Western Europe and South East Asia.
