St. Albert Homeless Prevention Coalition
www.stalberthomeless.caThe need for affordable housing is a problem. It’s a St. Albert problem. It’s our problem. St. Albert has a reputation as an affluent community with higher than average incomes, however many people do not realize that St. Albert also has its share of residents who are struggling. In order to address these needs, a number of St. Albert organizations have come together as the Temporary Residential Services Committee, contributing to a comprehensive multi-disciplinary response for housing programs and support services for residents of St. Albert. The TRS is engaged in finding a solution to homelessness in our community. We promote community awareness and support for those experiencing housing instability, we champion the need for housing programs and support services, and we collect and share information.
