TechAid is a web3 application that enables a data driven approach to humanitarian aid. Envisioned at the World Economic Forum in 2022, the TechAid MVP is currently underway. Only requiring access to a data-enabled mobile phone, individuals in crisis situations can indicate what they need and where they are. This data is securely and anonymously aggregated using blockchain infrastructure so that aid providers can see the latest volume and location of demand for critical goods.
