Baguette LTD produces and sells high quality, pre-baked blast frozen breads to the residents, tourist industry and institutional bodies of East Africa. The Company focuses on European Style; baguettes, specialty breads and pastry made with high quality ingredients in different shapes and sizes (HEREAFTER called BREAD). Bread will be pre-baked and BLAST FROZEN allowing it to be kept in storage up to 6 months in a freezer. BAST FREEZING technology allows the product to maintain its nutrients and freshness. When removed from the freezer a bake-off process of 8 to 10 minutes is required to have a fresh, warm and crispy end result. The bake-off process can occur in any type of oven.
