Edward G. Lunz, AIA, NCARB, established the firm in 1987, after concluding a successful twelve-year partnership with the Smith-Lunz Group. Following him, Bradley T. Lunz, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, GGP was named President in 2014. Most recently, The Lunz Group has acquired Graham Design Associates, P.A. in Dunedin and opened an office in Celebration. With this, The Lunz Group now includes Mr. Bradley Lunz, Mr. Edward Lunz, and Mr. Daniel Fowler, as principals; as well as eight architects, two project managers, two CAD operators, two graduate architects, two architectural designers and a dedicated four person administrative staff. Built with a staff of degreed professionals, The Lunz Group has successfully designed and managed over 200 million dollars of work over the past five years. With completed work in over 28 states and the District of Columbia, The Lunz Group has a national presence while maintaining the adaptability and resiliency of a boutique firm.
