Causeway: Scotland Ireland Business Exchange Innovative Organisation of the Year 2021 Manabu Learning launched in March 2020, just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time the business sought to offer conventional leadership and team-building programmes from a base near Belfast City Centre. Overnight the business model was forced to change. With companies moving online we decided that we could bring value to the marketplace by running engaging events for our clients via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. We ran our first virtual event in April 2020 and haven't looked back. Today we work with companies across the world offering a range of team-building events that incorporate the latest technology and work just as well offline and online.
