Incomes Data Research was founded in 2014 and provides accurate, clear and independent information and research on pay and pay-related issues, with a focus on organisational practice. Our services include an online benchmarking tool Pay Benchmarker, a regular e-mail bulletin Pay Climate, salary surveys and bespoke research services. Incomes Data Research was founded by former senior employees of Incomes Data Services (IDS) with a purpose to continue providing independent provision of data and research on pay and benefits. Incomes Data Research is wholly owned by three principals – Ken Mulkearn, Ray Storry and Louisa Withers.
