Dobbin and Sullivan commenced trading in 1991 and were originally based in Docklands, before relocating to Stratford in 2001. We have experienced severe property recessions and boom markets, but we remain a successful and proud firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Advisors. During our existence we have dealt with all types of commercial property including offices, shops, warehouses, factories, open sites, nurseries and many more. Our local market has changed enormously since we moved to our High Street Stratford location and during this process we have seen, and been involved in, a large amount of development and gentrification including, of course, the hosting and legacy of the London Olympics.
