Jeff Ayres and Jeff Gates opened the doors of Denver Design Build in 2010. Beginning in 2012, the firm's primary focus has been large scale multi-family and commercial ventures. Since, the company has nurtured successful partnerships with developers from Denver, Dallas, New York, and Chicago – producing numerous attached housing projects with sales prices from the low $400’s, to in excess of $800k per unit. In addition to commercial and multi-family construction, a division of Denver Design Build completes large scale interior remodels and new custom homes. Hard work and success has placed Denver Design Build among Colorado Business Magazine's top 250 private companies in the state for 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 – among numerous other nominations and awards in recent years.
