Located at the Purdue Research Park of West Lafayette, HealthTAP is a nonprofit, outreach initiative for the healthcare industry from the Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering at Purdue University. HealthTAP partners with communities, hospital systems, healthcare organizations and practice providers to improve patient care. We focus on chronic disease management, opioid epidemic response, long-term care transitions, tobacco intervention, telehealth optimization and value-based care. Through fee-based contracts and no-cost programs, we consult, coach and train healthcare professionals in lean process improvement, IT security for healthcare, metrics reporting, and community building through Strategic Doing. We have partnered with multi-state coalitions to provide services on several grants.
