Serenity Software
www.serenitysoftware.ioHi, I’m Jordan Ambra. I founded Serenity Software in May 2000 because I wanted to help bring some sanity to my friends’ businesses. I kept hearing from them how frustrated they were with the software they were using, how it just didn’t work for them and their business, and that they hated it. Hated it! Can you believe that? So I set out to change that by focusing first on the people that actually use software, and building trust with them by making our software dependable and high-quality. Software is a hard problem to solve, but it doesn’t have to be broken and stupid. Since then, we’ve built so many amazing software products, helped hundreds of businesses become more efficient, and learned how to put software to work for people and make them happy. At the end of the day, that’s what’s important to our clients, so it’s important to us. The Serenity Manifesto: 1. We exist to help other people 2. We seek to build relationships and trust 3. We aim for simplicity, because it works best 4. We focus on the needs of the people and the business 5. We create well-designed, sustainable software that never quits 6. We build software that satisfies people quickly and continuously 7. We deliver early and often so that our customers are never in the dark 8. We welcome change, because change leads to progress and improvement 9. We believe in learning from both success and failure and sharing that knowledge 10. We know performance, dependability, and agility are crucial to all long-term success
