Transitional Living Centres (TLC) was founded in 1999 to provide community-based residential rehabilitation services for persons with an acquired brain injury. We provide clients with a multitude of services and supportive programs to promote their recovery and reintegration into the community. Each client has an individualized program specifically designed to assist them in achieving their social, vocational and community reintegration goals. Our mission is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment during your rehabilitation process as you journey back towards the community, family and loved ones.
