The Cattleman’s Roadhouse story is something like the American Dream. Our growth is made possible because we pride ourselves in serving steaks that are comparable in flavor and tenderness to any white tablecloth restaurant, but at a more affordable price. Our steaks are carefully selected Black Angus Beef and are hand-cut and aged for a minimum of 28 days. Our Ultimate Salad Bar is huge and a favorite to those who come to Cattleman’s Roadhouse. Unlike any salad bar in the region offering up fresh daily salad fixins, homemade dressings and presented in such a way that many of our customers have referred to it as a salad buffet. Finally, we have learned in our over 14 years of experience that delivering a great plate of food is important but it must be served by an individual who is friendly and attentive.
