Friends of North Creek Forest
www.friendsnorthcreekforest.orgNorth Creek Forest is the largest remaining mature forest in Bothell. It is biologically significant to salmon and uniquely positioned within a ten-minute drive for 185,000 residents and within one mile of 13,000 students. It is poised to become a giant outdoor laboratory for students of all ages. Since 2011, Friends of North Creek Forest (FNCF) has worked closely with the City of Bothell to protect the forest from development and make it accessible to the public. The City completed the purchase in early 2017. In 2017 we will collaborate with the City on a Master Plan that will create access to the public, protect habitat, and support learning. Our Mission: To maintain and improve the biological function of North Creek Forest through education, stewardship and conservation in perpetuity.
