Our tours emphasize care for the community, environment, and commitment to traditional, sustainable practices. Our educational journeys (on foot or by bicycle) are led by native professional Tour Leaders and support local farmers, fisher-folk, and food makers by: patronizing restaurants that source locally, seasonally and organically; organizing and paying for tastings on site and visits to sustainable farms; promoting producer stories on social media; and donating to food literacy organizations such as Slow Food.
