The business underwent new ownership in January 2014, and is independently owned and operated by Amy G. Schubert, physical therapist. Amy has extensive training in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Bodyfit Solutions is now a venue where continuity can exist between personal training and skilled physical therapy services. The mission of BodyFit Solutions is to use science to guide service in order to improve fitness, physical and mental health, as well as life balance. It is a center focused on safely initiating and maintaining physical activity for women across the age and fitness spectrum. The atmosphere is welcoming, pressure-free, empowering, and suited for women who find the “gym” intimidating, and want more personal service than a franchise fitness center offers.
