Marga's Lil Cakes began as an idea, but became a reality once I had a kitchen large enough to accommodate all of my kitchen gadgets!! I've been baking since I was old enough (and tall enough) to work an oven, so there is a LOT of experience behind me in the Baking School of Life. Cupcakes are the perfect combination of my love for art and baking because cupcakes need to be delicious AND beautiful! With my graphic design and artistic background, cupcakes seemed like a great place to start. With the encouragement and support of my friends and family, I decided to take my skills a step further and offer my cupcakes to everyone!  And that is the story of how Marga's Lil Cakes began. It has since grown to be a super-customizable ordeal.  I work with a lot of orders for customers with food allergies (nuts, dairy, egg, wheat, etc.).  I have also expanded my flavors to include vegan options (which are delicious by the way). I even create cakes, macarons, and lots of other delicious treats! I am currently located in Plainfield, IL with my two sons, husband, cat, and dog.
