Named after an often-used tagline for Prohibition, The Noble Experiment brought back the old-school tradition of small-batch, hand-crafted alcohol combined with the modern benefits of not using preservatives in any of their blends. Tours and tastings of the local distillery are available with prior arrangement on Saturdays and visitors have the chance to either lube up or take home a well-designed bottle of tipple.
