Bit Tek Solutions was founded in 2007 by Christian Barrett out of his home in Hutto Texas. Christian started off on a part time basis by taking in clients for web design as he worked full time for Apple Inc. When 2007 hit the iPhone was launched for the very first time. As the iPhone gained in popularity, by 2010 the very first iPad was launched. As more and more people purchased the iPad, the competition was not far behind. Big name companies like Samsung, Sony, LG and more were already producing their own version of the iPhone and iPad. With such a demand for these products, many people were buying them without the knowledge on how to operate them. Christian saw an opportunity in the market which was through teaching. With so many people needing help with there newly acquired tablets, one of the local libraries in Round Rock Texas was looking for volunteers to teach there smart phone and tablet courses. Christian saw this as an opportunity to promote Bit Tek Solutions so he signed up to be a volunteer instructor. With the interaction of so many people, Bit Tek Solutions was well on its way at helping the masses. As 2010 approached, the decision was made to relocate to Florida and open a retail shop. Bit Tek Solutions quickly became a popular destination among the locals and is happy to be apart of the community.
