It all started back in 2009 when, Rob, one of the founders, was working for a big double glazing company. Appalling customer service, dishonest pricing, and sales techniques that would leave the most hardened spiv feeling ashamed – he’d had enough. Rob refused to be part of it. It was time to take action. Along with his brother Dave, they decided to start a very different kind of window company. One that genuinely put the needs of the customer first. Truglaze was born and since that time they’ve helped hundreds of homeowners and businesses to buy the very best products at the best possible prices, whilst providing ‘exceptional’ customer service. Rob and Dave don’t need to inflate their charges to cover salesmen’s wages and advertising costs – their customers have become the best sales people they could wish for.
