THE CONCEPT An integrated approach to breakthrough The purpose of the Genolier Innovation Hub is to gather within its walls all the actors of the Medtech, Pharma and Bioscience fields. Their programs have reached their late phase of experimental development, and their pharmaceutical compounds or equipment are ready to be tested in a clinical setting. Our ambition is to foster strategic interactions between scientists and physicians and accelerate the transfer of innovative solutions from bench to bedside Genolier Innovation Hub will be a key factor for the future R&D programs that the Swiss Medical Network intends to conduct. THE SPACE A hub built to drive innovation As a cross-sectoral development platform, the Genolier Innovation Hub is bringing research advances and expertise into clinical grounds. The Genolier Innovation Hub will provide access to the technical and clinical platforms of the Genolier Hospital and Healthcare Campus, as well as other clinical sites of Swiss Medical Network. THE INFRASTRUCTURE A cutting edge building dedicated to research Everything was conceived to enable interactions and synergies between all the actors of the hub: the building offers different types of work spaces, all equipped with the most advanced technologies to support new discoveries and creative advances. From 8000 sqm of offices and laboratories, 1000 sqm of meeting corners and a 300-capacity auditorium. Thanks to a dynamic and collaborative environment, the Hub will provide strong support to the stakeholders to consolidate their research and development processes. It will also optimize knowledge transfer phases of prospective clinical studies.
