Oceana Subsea Engineering LTD (OSEL) is an Independent ROV and survey consultancy service providing numerous solutions. Instead of using traditional methods we look to see if we can enhance the project both in terms of time and efficiency. We do this by trying to do traditional tasks differently. Our thoughtful and concise approach to client challenges utilises years of experience and has assisted clients from both the oil and gas and renewable markets. OSEL was established by individuals with a deep understanding how ROV and survey systems operate both technically and operationally. Our management team have more than 50 years off/onshore experience and fully understand client issues and challenges experienced when completing complex subsea tasks. OSEL was created to meet high client standards and to facilitate this we use best practices, documentation, best personnel and most of all experience.
