On the servicing side we do provide many necessary procedures for your system. Right around April we do what is called a "Spring Start-up". Meaning we come turn on your system and make any adjustments so your yard is receiving proper coverage for the watering season. Next on the list would be a "Backflow Test". This is test required by the city each year to ensure that your backflow assembly is properly functioning. To be performing properly the backflow prevention device must keep dirty water from pools, storm drains and other external water sources from flowing backward into clean, uncontaminated water or into your home. It also keeps any water from cross-connecting with the drinking water in your home. Then around October we do "Sprinkler System Winterization". This process forces the water out of your systems lines to ensure that that they do not burst due to freezing. In addition to these services we also offer repairs for anything that seems to be going wrong with your system. This includes but is not limited to: Adjustments, line breaks, reprograming your controller, and adding zones to your system.
