The Islamic Association of Raleigh was established near NC State University in the early 80's and has since grown tremendously. It is now the religious center for thousands of Muslims in the Raleigh-Durham area. It offers extensive services to the community including welfare services, community outreach, counseling services, social events, and all religious ceremonies pertaining to authentic Islamic tradition.
