2nd Phase Consulting are contractors who see their role as helping organisations attract institutional investors. This could be anything from moving on from a start up phase to a mature organisation now seeking external capital for the first time. Our role involves advice and assistance in coping with external due diligence and if appropriate, acting in a NED capacity on the Company's Board. The background and experience involved in being able to carry this role out effectively includes wide-ranging Operational Due Diligence experience including detailed understanding of governance, front, middle and back office processes, regulatory compliance, AML, business continuity & disaster recovery, crisis management, outsourcing and cyber security. A recent agreement with Aldbury International has increased capability and available resource in the areas of Operational Resilience - a highly topical subject.
