Syzygy Dance Project (SDP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to facilitating positive change and transformation to all through mindful movement and dance. SDP programs focus on working with corporate wellness programs, healthcare services, senior services, veterans, and underserved populations to use movement and creative expression to deepen self-awareness and help people feel more empowered to face everyday challenges. Since the creation of SDP in 2010, Sylvie Minot has provided programs for thousands of people.
