For over 25 years I have been traveling around the world to learn nutrition from the healthiest cultures and attend conferences featuring the most innovative beauty devices on the market. Health, wellness, and beauty are my absolute passions in life. I live by example, and have been told many times I look younger now than I did in my 30’s. I could only achieve such results from movement, healthy diet, and a little help from the machines and treatments in my spa! I truly believe that every thought we think and every word we speak creates a vibration in the universe, which either attracts positive wellness or negative energy.
