GloGrid supports its customers achieve better cost, quality, and delivery goals. We at GloGrid work as an extended arm to our customers supporting 3 key business performance-defining activities: 1) SOURCING (Demand analysis, market research, tendering, supplier evaluation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, supplier onboarding, supplier relationship management, supplier performance management) 2) PURCHASING (Placing Purchase orders, handling operational tasks and supplier communication, auditing order delivery and tracking GRNs, receiving and authorizing invoices, and processing payments) 3) eVMI* (Manage entire inventory policy (orders, stock limits, delivery quantities, transport optimization, etc. and the stage of each order is shared between supplier and customer) *eVMI is an automated and integrated order cycle, between supplier, customer, and logistics operator in addition to inventory management. In 2022, GloGrid ventured into Product Engineering Services with its first design centre in Pune, Maharashtra.
