Fat Pastor Productions is a culinary collaboration based out of Yakima, WA. Spearheaded in 2017 by Chef Shawn Niles (The Fat Pastor) - Fat Pastor Productions offers a variety of food services throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Fat Pastor teamed up with Chef Gilbert Kalombo and Chef Lara Bodine to create Bite Club Yakima, Yakima's premier members-only underground popup dining club. Bite Club members attend 5 to 7 course meals regularly, enjoying not only some of the best food the Yakima Valley has to offer but also some of the most fun dining experiences in the world.
