Process Triage® (the LLC) is the intellectual property owner and administrator of the ProcessTriage® Protocol and its body of knowledge, including case studies and facilitator training materials. The protocol is used to quickly assess (triage) a business process using the expert team that best knows it. The triage generates a prioritized set of improvement proposals. These proposals, together, have a “Process Triage Profile.” This profile’s pattern anticipates what the organization should expect when implementing the improvements. The typical triage engagement includes a one-day facilitated workshop with the organization’s own process experts. A Process Triage (engagement) creates an Action-Result Map, a Process Triage Profile, and a set of improvement proposals. The AR Map and Profile highlight the nature and size of improvement efforts. Process Traige® (the LLC) recruits, on-boards, and supports Certified Process Triage Facilitators. The ideal facilitator is an established business consultant with executive suite gravitas and is generally familiar with business process management.
