Sam Karl and Ari Karl created this high intensity training with goals of bringing a healthy, high-energy workout to active communities around the country. Their first location is in Madison, WI and they will be opening up many other locations throughout the US. Sam is the Head Trainer and has years of experience in the fitness industry, teaching celebrities and writing countless articles for prominent websites and magazines regarding nutrition. Over the past few years, Ari gained a growing interest in the fitness industry. More specifically, he became passionate about high intensity interval training from taking his brother Sam’s classes several times a week. Combining both his business sense, real estate experience, and understanding and excitement of the fitness industry, he decided to start this new venture with Sam. They are both excited to bring this new concept to young, enthusiastic adults looking to change their lifestyles.
