The L&D Mastermind is a community of L&D professionals that help and support each other, sharing best practices and knowledge, creating a safe, non-judgemental environment for each other to ask questions and learn from each other's experience. Follow #LDMastermind It started in Manchester in 2017 with monthly face to face meeting, but this has grown to other groups in other towns and other people wanted to join from other parts of the world. So James set up a Facebook and a LinkedIn group to start our journey in to an online community. James Hudson's vision is to build a global community with regular events and online meetings for anyone that works in L&D to get help and support to be their best and make the most of their L&D career.
