Hampton Roads International Montessori School children develop in a culturally diverse Montessori environment. Students range in age from 18 months through 12 years, learning in multi-age classrooms, allowing them access to lessons and materials at many levels. HRIMS encourages students to succeed and reach new levels academically and socially. The Montessori classroom is designed to facilitate the independent development of the child, and trained teachers meet the child's need to adapt, explore, learn, grow, and reach their full potential through hands-on experiences with specially designed, interactive materials.
