We don’t have a typical time frame for our investments or dependence on other investments in the fund, which gives us the freedom to develop businesses with a long-term approach. We know what the responsibility of ownership feels like and what it means in practice. As an owner, we offer our investment targets support in developing operations and raising them to a new level. Sometimes it means financial resources, but often above all skills, relationships, and the ability to make a change in a company or even industry.
