It is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization approved and supported by the Govt. and managed by National Executive Council with advice from Advisory Council. The members of the Council do not take any pay, allowance or any other facilities. Hon'ble Prime Minister of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh is the Chief Patron of this foundation. National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute is one of the projects of National Heart Foundation of Bangladesh. The activities of the hospital are managed by a board of trustee.
