Yodesk reduces the physical pain and mental stress of employees who spend the majority of their time in front of a computer. It uses short and simple instructional yoga videos, each delivered via a customizable notification. After a short self-assessment, each user receives a personalized playlist, unique to their needs. The platform requires no download and keeps track of your progress, stats, and changes in your needs.
