Leadership Cumberland serves the county by developing individuals to become effective leaders in the workplace and community. Our program and curriculum focuses on five outcomes: · Leadership · Community Service · Personal Development · Networking · Knowledge of the County Fellows participate in a ten-month program including an orientation, a two day retreat, and day-long classes designed to address the identified outcomes that are held each month at various locations around the County. Fellows also complete a Fellowship, serving as a non-voting board member for a nonprofit of their choice. These experiences are then integrated into the class discussions.
